Since our equipment (entrance/payment terminal) is synchronised, early rate switching or miscalculation is impossible. If the clock at the entrance is at 10:05, then the clock at the pay machine is also at 10:05. The time displayed on our equipment is a manually set time. This time is not necessarily identical to the satellite time or the time on your watch. These times may differ by a few minutes.

The waiting time between paying at the pay machine and exiting is tailored to the size of the car park. If the waiting time is exceeded, a message will appear on the column at the exit: 'subsequent payment required'. A subsequent payment must be made at the pay machine.

Parking in a public car park does not include surveillance and is done at your own risk. Camera surveillance is always present in our car parks. However, this is primarily for management purposes. This allows the control room operator to watch you when you make contact via the intercom. The number of cameras varies per location, but in any case all entrances are monitored in this way.

Currently, it is not possible to cancel your online booking.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your reservation when you have already entered the car park. If you stay longer than your reservation time block, you must pay for the extra time at the pay machine.

Choose the car park you want and then the date and time you want to enter and exit. Then choose one of our parking products and continue. Then enter your details and then easily pay for your reservation in our secure online payment environment.

You can pay for your online booking easily and securely with iDeal or credit card.

You simply drive in based on license plate recognition. If the parking system recognises the license plate number, you will be offered a ticket and the barrier will open. Please note: Always enter the correct license plate number of the car you are parking with. If you can't get in, press the report button and our incident room will help you.

You simply drive out based on license plate recognition or use your ticket at the barrier.

Rest assured, you can always stay longer. Do note that you need to pay the cost of the extra parking time at the pay machine before you leave. Use your parking ticket for this purpose. For the cost of the extra parking time, we apply the regular rate of the relevant car park.

In the booking confirmation, you have the option to download an invoice.

You cannot change the reservation itself. However, you can change your personal details or license plate number up to 1 hour before departure. You can log in to our booking website to do so or simply click on 'manage my booking' in the booking confirmation.

It may take a while for the reservation confirmation to arrive. If the confirmation does not arrive immediately, please check your spam folder or wait about 15 minutes. Still not received? Feel free to contact us and one of our staff will be happy to help you.

Would you like to cancel your subscription? The agreement is entered into for a minimum period of 3 months. After expiry of this period, this agreement is extended for an indefinite period. Termination of the agreement takes place subject to a notice period of at least one calendar month. Simply terminate your subscription online.
Would you like to change your subscription? You can easily submit a request for change on this page.

After parking your car and receiving an entry card at the barrier, go to the pay machine with the entry card. The pay machine calculates the outstanding amount on the entry card and automatically deducts this amount from the HotelCard. This makes paying for parking quick and easy.

You can simply pay for the extra parking time at the pay machine in the car park or you can use Dip&Go at the barrier. This means you can also pay contactless at the barrier. Please note that after the end time of your HotelCard, the regular parking rate will start.

Day ticket: This card allows you to pay the parking fee at the pay machine. The value on the card is fixed. If the value on the card is exceeded, you have to pay the difference at the pay machine. You take the card you drove in with to the pay machine and present it. You then offer the value card. You receive one card back from the pay machine and with this card you can exit at the exit.
Hour card: The number of hours on the card is fixed (1, 2 or 4 hours). If the hours on the card are exceeded, you have to pay the difference at the pay machine.
