On the basis of long-term leases, APCOA operates parking facilities in its own name and at its own risk. Creativity and flexibility are paramount in the design of contractual agreements and a combination of fixed and variable rent is often sought in which both property owner and tenant benefit from an optimal performance. In close cooperation with specialised investors, projects are developed and acquired which APCOA then takes into operation.

Our services extend to (combined) car parks, parking garages, parking management during events and parking enforcement. With over 50 years of experience in parking management in 13 European countries, we have the knowledge, organisation and technology to ensure smooth parking operations on your premises and optimise use and revenue. APCOA knows which parking requirements exist in which environment and adopts a vertical market approach that breaks down into the retail, events, healthcare and travel market segments.

Traffic Management is a system developed to manage traffic flows in busy service zones. This system is already being used with great success at various airports and regulates, for example, taxi management so that only authorised taxis enter and leave the service zones to prevent long queues and chaos In an identical way, APCOA manages the so-called drop-off zones at airports to ensure that drop-off passengers leave the area again as quickly as possible.

APCOA advises landlords and property owners in concepts and planning and provides analyses of customer profiles and demand. This support starts as early as the planning phase of new construction and renovation and includes feasibility studies, advice and design and financing mediation.

A pioneer in the development and implementation of new technology, APCOA has built a proprietary e-business platform to support the world's largest parking reservation system at London Gatwick Airport. Today, APCOA manages online parking reservations at more than 50 international airports in Europe. In addition to pre-booking parking spaces, we sell a wide range of products on online platforms such as value cards, season tickets and subscriptions.

The innovative digital FLOW platform is at the heart of our vision of connecting parking and mobility. Among other things, it is available to consumers as an app for fleets of stress-free paid parking and encourages parker loyalty. With APCOA FLOW, searching for parking spaces, using parking tickets and change and queuing at pay machines are a thing of the past. Optimisation of search and navigation to the desired parking space reduces search traffic with which APCOA actively contributes to reducing emissions in cities and becomes an integral part of the Smart City.

FLOW is dynamic: the platform is constantly expanding and responding to contemporary customer needs such as pre-booking parking spaces and barrier-free access to car parks. As a back-end, the FLOW platform offers, among other things, universal access management for fleets and data exchange with partners. APCOA FLOW connects to partners' digital infrastructures, allowing them and their customers access to car parks. This enables APCOA to transform parking garages into APCOA Urban Hubs in which additional services such as (electric) shared transport and logistics applications such as storage and parking of cargo bikes are accommodated.

APCOA sees parking garages of the future as multimodal Urban Hubs, where, in addition to parking, additional services such as:

• Extensive AC and DC charging facilities for multiple types and numbers of vehicles (fleet charging).
• Different types of (electric) shared transport, shared cars, electric scooters and electric bicycles.
• Logistics functions ranging from parcel walls to storage and transhipment for electric last-mile distribution.

Events, activities and recreational facilities (including sports) in or on car parks (pop-up or otherwise). To this end, APCOA builds and maintains an ecosystem of (international) partners offering such services.
