How the APCOA parking subscription works

With APCOA it is very easy to take out a subscription. Follow the steps below and within 5 days you can park at a fixed low rate in the parking garage of your choice. 

1. Subscribe to a car park

Select the desired location. The payment of the first period takes place online, after which you can easily pay by direct debit or bank transfer.

2.Choose your subscription

You take out a subscription for a minimum period of three months, after which it is tacitly renewed. Do you want to cancel? After the first 3 months, you can cancel our subscriptions online without any problem and easily with a notice period of one calendar month.

3. Get access to your car park

Access is fast – within 5 working days! Once you've chosen your subscription, you'll receive instructions on how to access your space. And you're in!

After the minimum period of 3 months, you can cancel your subscription per calendar month. You can easily do this online.

After ordering your subscription, you will receive instructions on how to access the garage within 5 working days.

Access is fast – within 5 working days! Once you've subscribed, you'll receive instructions on how to access your space.

You will receive an invoice every quarter in advance, but not month. This will be sent free of charge by email when you pay by direct debit. If you would like an invoice sent by post, it's € 4.50 per invoice in combination with direct debit. If you don't pay with direct debit then it costs € 4.50 for an invoice sent by e-mail and € 9.00 for an invoice sent by post.

Direct debit is reliable and simple, and means you never miss a payment, since it's hassle-free. It also means you will receive a free invoice each quarter, sent by email.

Your initial subscription is for a minimum of three months. Once this expires, it conveniently rolls over into another quarterly contract for peace of mind. It's easy to cancel the contract anytime per calendar month after the intial period expires.

  • Order your subscription before the 1st of September 2021 and park 1 month for free.
  • After the first period of 3 months, you pay the regular quarterly rate for the purchased subscription.
  • You can cancel your subscription per calendar month after the promotional period of 3 months.
  • You have not purchased a subscription with us in the past 12 months.If so, you are not eligible for the 3 = 2 deal.Taking out a subscription at the regular rate is of course possible.
